About this site
About this site
This is an independent US site that compares meal kits, prepared meals, grocery and meat boxes by what a normal week costs, with the date on every price.
What the site does
What you will find here
Meal kit ads show the first box. The site shows the price of an ordinary week with shipping, what the first five boxes cost under each offer, and what the brand does not publish.
People, dinners, cooking or heating, diet labels: a week with shipping at each service.
Every listed price, its basis and when it was read.
What new-customer discounts add up to, and the price from week 6.
Prices, terms, menus and cancellation rules from the brands’ own pages.
How texts are written
Texts are written by AI
The texts on this site are written by AI from saved facts: dated prices and quotes from brand pages, help centers and articles, and BLS store prices. Code checks every draft against those facts before it is published. The site does not order, cook or taste the food, and there are no star ratings or invented reviews.
Bottom lineSee how prices are checked for every source and formula.
Diet labels
Diet labels and health
Nothing here is medical or nutrition advice. Diet labels are the brands’ own words. Check each meal’s ingredients with the brand, and ask a doctor or dietitian about any diet for a health condition or an allergy.
Labels are the brands’ own
Keto, high protein, gluten free or calorie labels are quoted as the brand uses them.
Not medical advice
Ask a doctor or dietitian about a diet for a health condition or allergy.
Partner links
How the site is paid
Some buttons lead to brands through addresses that start with /go/ and are marked as partner links. If a brand runs a partner program with this site and you order after clicking, the site may earn a commission at no cost to you. Brands without a program are reviewed the same way.
Buttons to brands
Addresses that start with /go/ lead to the brand’s site and open in a new tab.
No change to numbers
Commissions never change a price, a total or the calculator order.
