How we check prices

Every price on this site comes from the brand's own page, help center or article, with the date it was read. A week is the price per serving times the servings, plus shipping where the brand publishes it. Nothing is ordered or tasted.

Where numbers come from

Prices, terms and store prices

A price is saved with the exact words on the brand’s page, the page address and the time it was read. No ZIP code is entered, so prices are the ones a visitor sees before choosing an address; sales tax is not included.

When a brand shows two different figures for the same thing, both are shown with their sources. When a brand publishes no price, the page says so.

Bottom lineEach number on a page can be traced to a dated brand page.

How a week is counted

The arithmetic

“From” and “as low as” prices are lower bounds, and the totals built on them are lower bounds too. Offers stated only as “up to” a sum, or with “discounts vary” for other plan sizes, are shown in the brand’s words and not totaled.

Bottom lineA total is never larger or smaller than the brand’s own figures allow.

  1. Food

Price per serving × people × dinners; for ready meals, price per meal at that plan size × meals.

  2. Shipping

Added when the brand publishes it; otherwise marked “not published” and left out.

  3. Per serving with shipping

The week ÷ the servings in it.

  4. Offers and a month

Boxes 1–5 by the brand’s stated discount and caps; a month is 4.33 weeks.

Order of results

How results are ordered

12 brands run partner programs in the networks this site uses; the site has not joined them yet, and the rest earn it nothing. Every review uses the same sources and the same arithmetic.

Bottom lineMoney from partners never changes a number.

  • Sorted by the week

The calculator and the rankings sort by the weekly price at listed rates.

  • Partners do not move prices

A partner program never changes a total, a sort order in the calculator or a price.

  • Brands without a program

Reviewed the same way; in lists they sit below partners with the same data.

How texts are checked

Texts and checks

The texts are written by AI from the saved facts of each page. Code then checks every draft: each number must appear in those facts, claims must name the brand, and drafts with health promises, superlatives or sales language are rejected. A page that fails is not published.

Bottom lineIf a fact is missing, the text says the brand does not publish it.

What totals leave out

Limits

Prices change often. Every price is shown with its date; recheck the brand’s page before you order.

  • Sales tax

  • ZIP-code pricing

Some brands change shipping or plans by ZIP code.

  • Premium meals and add-ons

  • Promo codes

Only offers on the brand’s own pages are counted.

Partner brands

Partner programs on this site

These brands run partner programs in the networks this site uses. Their place in every list is set by the week price, the same as for brands that pay nothing.

About the buttons. Buttons marked “Ad” are affiliate links: if you order, this site may earn a commission at no cost to you. It never changes the order of results — lists on this site are sorted by the week price.
